Information Security Policy

Recruiter handles professional and personal information. Protecting it is a condition of being on the platform for us and for every recruiter.

Before you can see protected information you are verified and you complete our compliance and Information Security Training and assessment. Companies sign an MoU before any system access.

Access is given by account, only to the information needed for your authorized work. Credentials are sent separately and securely. Never share your login or let anyone else use it.

We use encryption for data in transit and apply security controls to the systems that store it. We review these controls regularly.

Use candidate and employer information only for authorized recruitment work; do not copy, download in bulk, forward or post it; keep your device and browser up to date and locked; use secure networks; and never discuss or share confidential information on public channels.

We will never ask you for your password, and we will never ask you for money. If a message seems suspicious, do not click links or open attachments, and tell us.

We keep logs of access and activity to protect the platform, investigate problems and meet legal duties. Use of Recruiter may be monitored for these purposes.

If you think credentials, devices or information have been lost, exposed or misused, tell us at once through the form on our home page and stop using the affected account until we reply. Quick reports reduce harm.

We investigate, limit the harm, restore safe operation and notify the people and authorities that the law requires. We may suspend accounts while we investigate.

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or removal from Recruiter and, where the law is broken, to reporting to the authorities.
