Account and Data Deletion

You can ask us at any time to close your Recruiter account and delete the personal information we hold about you.

Contact us as shown at the bottom of this page and tell us the name and email you used with Recruiter. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so that nobody else can delete your account.

We acknowledge your request within 3 working days at the latest. Once you are confirmed, we close your access and delete or anonymize your personal information. We tell you when it is done.

Some information we may need to keep for a limited time where the law requires it or for a legitimate purpose, for example: records of commissions and payments, security and audit logs, information needed to settle a dispute, and the fact that you asked us to delete your data. We keep only what is needed and delete it when the reason ends.

Candidates and employers may have their own rights and choices on the connected platforms. Deleting your Recruiter account does not delete their information, and information that you lawfully shared with others under an assignment may stay with them.

Closing an account cannot be undone once deletion is complete. You are welcome to apply again later.
