For recruitment companies
Same simple steps, with a Memorandum of Understanding before access.
If you run a recruitment agency or company, Recruiter gives your team employer opportunities, eligible professional talent and AI-powered matching in one connected workspace.
Because your whole company will be working inside our systems, we start with a conversation and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) together before anyone gets access.

After the MoU, your team follows the same path as individual recruiters: access credentials, compliance and security training, then access to the platform.
We will guide you through each step.
Seven clear steps. Nobody is left guessing.

About the MoU
Why We Start with a Memorandum of Understanding.
Recruiter handles sensitive information about professionals and employers. When a whole company joins, we want everyone to be clear on how we will work together from day one.
The MoU is how we do that. We discuss it with you openly, and your questions are welcome before you sign.
Clear from day one
Both sides understand how the relationship works before any access is given.
Protects everyone
It supports the responsible handling of candidate and employer information.
Guided by our team
We walk you through each part and answer your questions.
